The Greek White Heather Honey has a dark amber color with orange hues that turns light brown when crystallized.
It is normally sweet with a strong, sharp, slightly bitter caramel taste. The aftertaste persists.
Its special red-bronze color is turned into a wonderful caramel color after its crystallization (1-3 months after harvesting).
It crystallizes quickly into a fine smooth texture.
Our honey is always unpasteurised and minimally filtered so retaining its natural properties.
