This unique honey does not contain vanilla, but in sunlight, appears to contain liquid droplets and/or little pieces of solid white mass (like vanilla).
A product unique in the world, from the rarest category of honey. Produced from the resin in the trunk of the greek black fir tree.
Known for the low concentration of sugars, it never crystallizes and has a special texture and color.
Its production lasts from mid-May until mid-July.
Its extraction is very difficult and expensive because it requires the destruction of honeycombs.
Our honey is always unpasteurised and minimally filtered so retaining its natural properties.
